Mandy and Elisabet started working together in 1997 while with American Express and have, although both now running their own companies, continued to collaborate on specific projects over the years.

In 2013 their first book, "The Team Formula" was published. This book has won two awards for its originality - it's a leadership book in a story format where you get to follow a leader and his team over a stressful year following a merger.

Mandy Flint is an International Expert on leading and developing teams. Mandy is the CEO of Excellence in Leadership, a global transformational change organisation which she founded in 2000 after over 20 years of leadership experience in the corporate world. During this time Mandy spent 14 years working for American Express running business units and held roles in sales operations, public affairs, communications and cultural change.

As well as leading a business division within American Express as a senior leader Mandy spent 3 years leading a cultural change transformation programme for the President as well as operating as an internal coach and team coach to many senior executive teams.

Through Excellence in Leadership Mandy works across the globe with both teams and individuals in the areas of one-to-one executive coaching, group training, team effectiveness, vision creation, strategic development and cultural change management. Her clients include CEOs, SVP’s VPs and Board members in many multi-national blue-chip organizations, including MasterCard, Lloyds, American Express, Symantec, Virgin Atlantic, Hewlett Packard, SAP, G4, the NHS and Reuters.

Mandy has studied at Harvard Business School focusing on the concept of the Service Profit Chain and has certification in the Tavistock Programme specialising in Advanced Process Consultancy. She is also media-trained and is an established speaker at leadership and cultural change events. She’s a fellow at the London Metropolitan Business School and an award-winning author.

Elisabet Vinberg Hearn has extensive experience from the business world, including 13 years with American Express, based both in Sweden and in the UK. She has held various leadership roles, responsible for customer servicing, process re-engineering and corporate culture transformation.

She’s founder of Think Solutions UK Ltd in the UK and Think Solutions AB in Sweden, leadership consultancies specializing in employee engagement and profitable corporate cultures. She also operates as a consultant, speaker and coach, working with individuals, teams and organizations, providing strategic leadership and tactical solutions to clients around the World. Her consulting experience includes Executive Coaching, Leadership Team Dynamics and Effectiveness, Customer Service, Cultural Change, Cultural Intelligence, Visioning and Strategic Development. Her personal and professional style combined with considerable leadership experience has delivered lasting results for clients including; ABN AMRO, Royal Bank of Scotland, American Express, MasterCard, H&M, IKEA, Skanska, Vattenfall, Trygg-Hansa (Royal Sun Alliance) and Bombardier Transportation amongst others.

She has a degree in Marketing Economics from IHM Business School and an MBA in Leadership and Sustainability from the University of Cumbria (Robert Kennedy College) and is an award-winning author.
